Travel Requirements: 50%+
Compensation: $150K-$220K base + 15% Annual Bonus Plan (ABP)
Position Summary
The Vice President of Operations is responsible for leading and scaling a large, national food sampling program spanning the United States and Puerto Rico. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for more than 11,000 associates, ensuring best-in-class execution in the field while delivering exceptional value to clients. The VP of Operations partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders and clients to drive performance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate brings deep agency operations experience, strong financial acumen, and a continuous-improvement mindset to streamline processes, manage budgets, and support scalable, high-quality delivery across the organization.
Responsibilities
  • National Program Leadership
    Lead and oversee a nationwide food sampling program consisting of 11,000+ field associates across the U.S. and Puerto Rico, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution at scale.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Partner with HR, Finance, Compliance, Analytics, and Sales to align strategy, remove operational barriers, and deliver unmatched execution in the field for clients.
  • Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
    Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and quality to meet and exceed evolving client expectations.
  • Client Relationship Management
    Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders across field and headquarters teams, serving as a senior operational partner.
  • Performance Management & Accountability
    Monitor KPI performance and hold teams accountable for exceeding operational and client performance metrics.
  • Leadership & Communication
    Lead, develop, and inspire senior leaders while demonstrating strong communication and executive-level presentation skills.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, or commensurate experience in business management or a related field
  • Proven experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams at a national scale
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and influence across matrixed organizations
  • Demonstrated success driving operational excellence and continuous process improvement
  • Client-centric mindset with experience managing senior-level client relationships
