Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated individual to join our team in Everett, Washington. The selected candidate will assist with daily office operations, interact with prospective students, and provide information about our Training programs.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist walk-in clients and students.
  • Explain our IT courses and answer basic questions.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain student records.
  • Assist with office administration and day-to-day operations.
  • Shoot short videos of the office, classes, and events for social media and marketing.
  • Coordinate with the management team regarding student enrollments and follow-ups.

Requirements
