As the Area Vice President of Community Development, you will play a critical leadership role in expanding our community presence, strengthening referral partnerships, and driving growth across multiple markets in the Northeast Region.In this role, you will lead and develop high-performing community development teams, empowering them to build meaningful relationships with healthcare providers, referral partners, and community organizations.
