About the Role
Key responsibilities: Vibration Analyst - ISO Category II
  • Perform routine vibration data collection on rotating equipment using portable analyzers and/or online monitoring systems
  • Analyze vibration spectra, waveforms, and trends to diagnose faults such as: Imbalance, Misalignment, Bearing defects, Mechanical looseness, Resonance issues
  • Generate clear and actionable reports with recommendations for corrective actions
  • Work closely with maintenance and operations teams to schedule repairs based on condition-based findings
  • Maintain and optimize predictive maintenance (PdM) routes and asset database
  • Assist with root cause failure analysis (RCFA) on critical equipment
  • Ensure proper setup and use of vibration tools and equipment
  • Participate in continuous improvement and reliability initiatives

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing (corn milling, refining, chemical, or heavy industry preferred)
  • Thermography (Level I or II)
  • Ultrasound (Level I or II)
  • Lubrication analysis
  • Experience with laser alignment and field balancing
  • CMMS experience (SAP, Maximo, etc.)
