East Side Veterinary Clinic is seeking to hire a motivated, organized and professional Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy veterinary clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who has exceptional organizational and communicative skills who is passionate about creating a positive workplace and ensuring outstanding client service. 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the veterinary practice.

  • Manage and support clinic staff.

  • Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and workflow to maximize efficiency. 

  • Weekly errands to the post office, bank etc.

  • Monitor financial performance, budgeting; manage payroll, and inventory of clinic materials.

  • Ensure excellent client service and address client concerns professionally.

  • Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures.

  • Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and safety standards. 

  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and team-oriented work environment. 

  • Work closely with veterinarians to achieve the clinic’s operational and patient care goals.
