Step into a pivotal leadership role overseeing surgical services in a dynamic hospital environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations across the Surgical Services department, including coordination with surgeons, anesthesia, PACU, and ancillary teams.

  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and patient safety protocols.

  • Supervise, coach, and evaluate nursing and clinical staff while promoting teamwork, accountability, and efficient workflows.
