About this opportunity

The Vendor Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating relationships with the company’s vendors and service providers to ensure alignment with contractual agreements, pricing structures, and company standards. This role focuses on maintaining transparency, consistency, and fairness in vendor pricing and services, while supporting constructive communication and collaboration. The Vendor Manager serves as a key liaison between the company and its vendors, helping ensure agreements are clearly understood, properly implemented, and mutually beneficial.

The Impact You Will Make
  • Manage and maintain positive business relationships with vendors and service providers.

  • Monitor vendor pricing, tariffs, and service terms to ensure alignment with approved agreements.

  • Review contracts, amendments, and renewals to support consistency with company policies and objectives.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, discussions, and issue resolution.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Legal, Finance, Purchasing, and Operations, to align vendor activities with business needs.

  • Assist in identifying potential risks or inconsistencies within vendor agreements and recommend solutions.

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of vendor contracts, pricing approvals, and communications.

  • Prepare reports related to vendor performance, costs, and trends.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Associate’s, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, Purchasing Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Experience in vendor management, procurement, contract administration, or a related role.

  • Knowledge of contracts and commercial terms.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to support negotiations in a professional and collaborative manner.

  • Ability to identify and address issues proactively and constructively.

  • Ability to balance company objectives with long-term vendor relationships.
