Job description

Woot is the original daily deals site, founded in 2004 and snatched up by Amazon in 2010. Originally, Woot offered just one product per day until we sold out. Today, we offer special daily deals and other limited-time offers across seven categories on the Woot website.

We also sell a bunch of stuff on the Amazon Marketplace platform too.
This is an Associate Vendor Manager role in which the primary job responsibility will be supporting one priority vendor's business end-to-end from vetting deals to competing purchase orders to merchandising offers to monitoring sales, and more. This person will collaborate closely with the vendor and need to be in communication throughout the day regarding workflow and priorities, and must show the ability to multi-task and pivot as needed.
Key job responsibilities
The successful Associate Vendor Manager must:
- Be customer obsessed

We start with the customer and work backwards
- Effectively prioritize workload, identifying and then focusing on the most urgent tasks
- Excel in a working culture where accountability, transparency, and collaboration are the norm and where rapid deep dives into data and financial performance is a standard operating practice
- Drive actionable insights from large data sets and be comfortable taking swift action on a daily basis
- Demonstrate strong bias for action. In the deals business, every minute matters!
- Excel at collaborating with different stakeholders to understand their requirements and execute accordingly
