Job description

As Shipping and Receiving Associate, you are responsible for shipping and receiving duties company wide. In this role you will work closely with internal personnel and freight companies to ensure a smooth shipping and receiving process. Maintaining professional communication with colleagues, customers, and vendors is essential.

Schedule for the position is Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm.

Job Responsibilities:
โ€ขย ย  ย Pull, package, and ship orders.
โ€ขย ย  ย Operate a hand push forklift
โ€ขย ย  ย Work with customs broker to clear international shipments
โ€ขย ย  ย Export Shipments
โ€ขย ย  ย Track lost packages
โ€ขย ย  ย Order shipping supplies
โ€ขย ย  ย Receive incoming shipments
โ€ขย ย  ย Schedule pick-ups with customers and vendors
โ€ขย ย  ย Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse
โ€ขย ย  ย Handle general warehouse duties outlined by management
โ€ขย ย  ย Assist with inventory counts as needed
โ€ขย ย  ย Data entry in company CRM as needed
โ€ขย ย  ย Primary contact for wholesale events
ย 

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year shipping and receiving experience
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Highly driven, motivated self-starter, and independent worker
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

  • Exporting & Importing experience
  • Salesforce experience
