About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in your region by building, training, and managing a team of high-performing sales agents while developing strong client relationships.

This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential, including weekly commissions, monthly and annual bonuses, and lifetime residual income.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your assigned region.

  • Recruit, train, and mentor independent sales agents to drive revenue growth.

  • Build lasting client relationships through in-person visits, calls, Zoom meetings, and ongoing communication.

  • Deliver tailored merchant solutions and communicate value effectively.

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success.

  • Stay informed on payment technologies, industry trends, and competitor activity.

  • Represent VMS at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.


Qualifications
  • Proven success in outside sales and leadership, ideally in merchant services, payment processing, or financial services.

  • Consistent achievement in commission-based environments.

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong motivation for success.

  • Ability to manage a team while working independently.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
