Job Description
First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an experienced, highly analytically, collaborative Merchant Services Account Manager to join our Merchant Services Team.
Compensation:
The salary range for the role is $65,500 - $76,500/yr; commensurate with experience.
Work Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (hours may vary)
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the Merchant Services Portfolio by consulting and selling Merchant Services solutions, onboarding new customers and growing existing relationships. You will Integrate new technologies and capabilities to extend FHB's position in the Hawaii market for merchant processing. You will also coordinate with operations functions internal and external to the Merchant Services Department to deliver a customer experience that supports portfolio growth and customer retention.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent work experience in merchant services and/or business services
  • Valid driver's license
  • 5 years of experience in B2B sales OR
  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in customer service OR
  • 2 years of professional experience with merchant processing solutions support
