Job description

Inside Sales Associate — Coppell, TX
Own a piece of the company you work for.
Cisco-Eagle isn't just another company. We're a 150-person, 9-location, employee-owned material handling systems integrator that's been growing steadily for decades — and every employee shares in that growth through our ESOP. When we say "great culture," we mean it's backed by an ownership stake, not just a ping-pong table.
We help companies across the country solve serious supply chain and warehouse challenges — conveyor systems, robotics, cranes, palletizers, storage racks, and more. It's technical, interesting work, and no two days look the same.
We're hiring an Inside Sales Associate to join our Coppell team, supporting customers who call or chat in looking for a quote, an order update, or help figuring out the right product for their application. You'll become the go-to expert customers trust to get it right.

Why People Stay at Cisco-Eagle
  • You're an owner, not just an employee. Our ESOP means you build real equity as the company grows — on top of salary.
  • Real benefits, not just a checklist. PTO, 401(k) with match, medical insurance, and profit sharing.
  • Culture that's actually fun. Professional when it counts, relaxed when it doesn't.
  • Stability. We've been solving hard problems for our customers for a long time, and we're still growing.

What You'll Actually Do
  • Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice customers reach when they call or chat in — whether they're placing an order, requesting a quote, checking status, or just trying to figure out the right product
  • Dig in and research answers when they're not obvious — including reaching out directly to manufacturers
  • Learn our products fast enough to talk shop about mechanical specs with confidence
  • Enter and manage orders in our ERP — part numbers, pricing, shipping, the works
  • Keep customers in the loop: confirmations, tracking numbers, and honest heads-up if something's delayed
  • Be a calm, solutions-first problem solver when things go sideways
What You Bring
  • Experience in inside sales, customer service, or a call center environment
  • A professional, confident phone presence and sharp written communication
  • Mechanical curiosity — you don't need to be an engineer, but technical conversations shouldn't scare you
  • Comfort with Windows-based applications; bonus points for Microsoft Dynamics CRM or NetSuite experience
  • A high school diploma or GED (some college is a plus, not a requirement)
  • Material handling experience is a nice-to-have, not a must-have — we'll train the product knowledge
The Fine Print
  • Full-time, in-office role in Coppell, TX
  • Background check and Predictive Index assessments are part of our hiring process
Cisco-Eagle provides equal employment opportunity to all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or protected veteran status, and does not discriminate on the basis of disability.
