Position Overview dormakaba is seeking a Value Stream Leader (onsite) for our Electronics and Mortise Value Stream based in Indianapolis, IN. The Value Stream Leader is responsible for the overall operational planning, performance and improvement for the product value stream. The VSL will develop, drive and coach their team to achieve high performance in safety, people, quality, delivery, and cost.

They will engage all members of the cross-functional team to address and resolve problems, prioritize and assign ownership for open items, track items to closure and ensure follow-up with key stakeholders, ensuring all related countermeasures are implemented. HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $70,000 - $85,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) What you will do * Lead the full product value stream, owning the backlog, lead time, on‐time delivery, replenishment strategy, and customer order fulfillment * Lead final assembly, subassembly, and connected manufacturing teams, with dotted‐line oversight of planning, purchasing, quality, and manufacturing engineering * Promote a solid safety-minded culture, encouraging safety observation and 5S standards, ensuring standardized work is deployed and utilized * Provide leadership and expertise for the Operations and Material Handling team, managing all department metrics and budget with daily report-out metrics * Proactively drive continuous improvement utilizing Lean methodologies and practices, driving problem-solving and root cause identification What we require * 1+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations * Proven ability to implement Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives * Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, particularly SAP, in a manufacturing environment * A four-year technical degree, or a combination of education and equivalent experience What we prefer * Experience with structured problem-solving * Experience with SAP * Experience managing production of multiple SKUs What we offer * Taking Care of our Employees on Day One with Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance coverage options.
