Indiana Metal manufactures steel roofing panels, trim, and building components right here in Central Indiana. American-made, sold to contractors across the region. We run roll forming equipment and production lines that turn raw steel coil into finished product. We're growing, and we need people who show up, learn the machines, and take pride in what comes off the line.

What we're looking for:

  • Someone who is reliable
  • Any background in manufacturing, machine operation, warehouse, or fabrication is a plus
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Detail-oriented
  • No experience required if you've got the right attitude and work ethic

  • Full-time, year-round work
  • Competitive pay based on experience (with room to grow as you learn)
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance
  • Climate-controlled facility
