Job description

Vacation Planner with a kind heart is needed to book vacations. Our number one goal is to help our clients to send them on their dream vacations post-pandemic. We love to book wedding parties, so that they can have a memorable wedding for years to come. We can even set up a vacations so that the multi-generational families can have fun together as well. We keep a warm family feeling when it comes to our clients. All training is provided, so that you will become a certified travel agent. We have an awesome team in place, that gives you that "family" feeling. We also have amazing travel coaches to help you out when executing travel bookings and the sales cycle flow.

What are we searching for? We are searching for that individual who can give excellent customer service - met with a smile you can feel over the phone and thru email/text. Someone with great people skills, who will be effective in to talking to our vendors and BDM's on behalf of our clients throughout a short-term sales cycle. You must have a working computer and smart-phone. Someone who loves to travel, because they know what to look for in a vacation package. Seeking someone who will listen to every detail of what the clients wants.

Responsibility:

  • Attend webinar training for future travels coordination and planning with various vendors and suppliers
  • Talk with our vendors on behalf of our clients
  • Grab all info from clients to booking their vacations
  • Keep vital recorders on file
  • Keep our trust in our clients
