In this role, you will assist clients in researching, planning, and booking personalized vacations tailored to their interests, preferences, and travel needs. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you learn the travel industry and develop the skills needed to assist clients confidently.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist clients with planning and booking cruises, resorts, family vacations, theme park vacations, and other travel experiences.

* Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.

* Create personalized vacation options based on client preferences and budgets.

* Communicate with clients throughout the planning and travel process.

* Manage reservations, payments, and travel documentation.

* Stay informed about destinations, travel suppliers, promotions, and industry updates.

* Provide friendly and professional customer service before, during, and after travel.
