We are seeking motivated, high-energy individuals to join our team as Phone Sales Representatives / Vacation Coordinators. In this role, you will work directly with guests over the phone to plan and book their Branson getaway—from shows and attractions to lodging, dining, and more. This position combines consultative sales with vacation planning, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people while also thriving in a performance-driven environment.

What You’ll DoCreate amp; Sell Vacation Experiences
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert inquiries into booked vacations
  • Build customized vacation packages including show tickets, lodging, and attractions
  • Upsell and enhance guest itineraries with additional experiences
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, conversion rates, and revenue targets
Act as a Vacation Expert
  • Guide guests through everything Branson has to offer—from live entertainment to local favorites
  • Recommend top attractions like Silver Dollar City and shopping/dining at Branson Landing
