Remote Party Rentals information

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Remote Party Rentals Specialist, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Remote Party Rentals Specialist, you typically need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in event planning or customer service. Familiarity with reservation management software, online booking platforms, and basic office applications is important. Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude help you stand out in this role. These skills ensure efficient coordination, satisfied clients, and successful event execution in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Remote Party Rentals primarily involves managing rental services remotely, focusing on logistics and customer communication. In contrast, an Event Rental Coordinator often works on-site to coordinate and oversee event setups. Both roles require similar skills but differ mainly in work environment and daily responsibilities.

What are some common challenges faced when coordinating remote party rentals, and how can they be effectively managed?

One of the main challenges in remote party rentals is ensuring smooth communication between clients, vendors, and delivery teams since all coordination happens offsite. To manage this, successful professionals rely heavily on digital tools for scheduling, tracking inventory, and confirming logistics. Building strong relationships with reliable local partners is crucial for handling last-minute changes or issues. Regular virtual check-ins and clear, documented processes help ensure everyone is aligned and events run smoothly.

What are remote party rentals?

Remote party rentals refer to the process of renting party equipment, decorations, or services online for events that are organized remotely or virtually. This can include items like tables, chairs, audio-visual equipment, or even virtual event platforms and entertainment. Customers select what they need through an online platform, and the rental company arranges for delivery, setup, or digital access. Remote party rentals are popular for virtual gatherings, hybrid events, and situations where in-person planning or shopping is not feasible.

You belong at a company that treats you like an Owner!

Sammons Industrial is an employee-owned family of businesses dedicated to becoming the preferred single-source solution for industrial operations. Our company is made up of Briggs Industrial Solutions, Sammons Warehouse Solutions, and SitePro Rentals.

Join a team that takes care of you. Here are some ways we do that:

  • Competitive Pay and Performance-Based Bonuses

  • Earn retirement savings without any cost to you through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)

  • 401(k)

  • Training and Tuition Reimbursement

  • Work/Life Balance

  • Paid Holidays and Time Off

  • Health and Wellness Benefits

  • Tool Benefits, PPE/Uniforms, Safety Boot Program

  • Life and Short Term Disability paid for by company

At Briggs Industrial Solutions, we believe great training builds great teams-and great teams build lasting relationships with our customers. We're a people-first organization rooted in safety, integrity, and doing the job right. This role is about shaping how our technicians learn, grow, and succeed across Briggs.

How You'll Make a Difference

You'll lead the strategy behind training Technicians across Briggs-bringing structure, consistency, and momentum to how we develop our technicians. By building strong programs, empowering trainers, and using modern tools like our LMS, you'll help turn vision into action and ensure our workforce is ready for what's next.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of Technical Trainers, setting clear direction and raising the bar for training quality.

  • Own the technical training strategy, aligning OEM requirements, operational needs, and LMS-driven delivery.

  • Build, organize, and improve training content using Docebo and blended learning approaches.

  • Partner closely with operations, OEMs, and third-party providers to deliver relevant, effective training.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, inspire, and move teams forward.

  • Strategic experience bringing a modern, progressive training vision to life -- leveraging an LMS (Docebo strongly preferred) to build, scale, and continuously improve technical training programs.

  • Strong communication skills and a practical understanding of adult learning and training delivery.

  • Experience supporting technical or service-based teams (mechanical, service, fleet, or similar environments are a plus).

Why You'll Love Working With Us

  • You'll have the trust, tools, and support to build something meaningful and lasting.

  • You'll work with good people who care about safety, growth, and doing right by each other.

  • You'll play a key role in shaping the future of training at Briggs.

Location: Dallas, TX (preferred) or flexible within our footprint
