Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with our sales executives to meet and exceed client expectations, providing exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Handle order-taking, make product recommendations, and promptly address and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Coordinate with dispatchers and warehouse personnel to ensure efficient delivery and setup of rental items.
  • Meet with clients in our SOHO and East Rutherford showrooms, offering personalized assistance and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in party rental, catering, or related foodservice roles, enabling you to understand the unique needs of our clients.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate order processing and timely follow-up.
