Job Summary:

Pearl Nursing Center of Rochester LLC is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Unit Manager to join our team in Rochester, NY. As a RN Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring exceptional patient care and a positive work environment. With your expertise and leadership, our patients will receive top-notch care in a warm and welcoming setting.

About the Role:

As a RN Unit Manager, you will oversee a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing: providing guidance, support, and oversight to the nursing team to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.

  • Coordinating: collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.

  • Evaluating: assessing patient care needs and developing individualized plans to meet those needs.
