• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the needs of students and their families, utilizing active listening and diagnostic skills to tailor therapeutic approaches.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy, facilitating healing and personal growth.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, incorporating client feedback to ensure interventions align with their unique experiences and goals.
• Monitor client progress regularly through follow-up sessions, adjusting treatment plans based on their evolving needs and responses to therapy.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical guidelines in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to stay current with best practices and innovative therapeutic techniques.
• Build and foster a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients, encouraging open communication and motivating them toward positive change.
• Provide practical strategies and support to assist students in navigating academic, social, and emotional challenges.

Our primary focus is on the youth of San Francisco, providing crucial mental health support in school settings where students often face significant pressures and challenges. You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and their families, ensuring your therapeutic skills cater to a range of emotional and psychological issues. The role involves collaborating with parents and educators to create nurturing environments conducive to healthy development.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, ideally in school-based or private practice environments.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills, with a focus on evidence-based practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding in every interaction.

• Experience working in educational settings or with youth populations.
• Familiarity with social and emotional learning (SEL) frameworks and school psychology.

We offer a competitive salary ranging between USD 80,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
