This position is primarily remote, offering the flexibility to deliver therapy from the comfort of your home while engaging with clients through telehealth platforms. Your set work schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with potential adjustments based on patient needs. • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and evaluations, creating personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the specific needs of each client, ensuring effective treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records of client care, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and organizational protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to enhance client care and support holistic treatment approaches.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to promote continuous improvement in therapy practices and client care quality.
• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them outside of therapy sessions.
• Stay informed on the latest research, methodologies, and advancements in mental health to keep your practice evidence-based and effective.

Our patient population includes individuals dealing with a spectrum of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other emotional challenges. As a therapist, you will focus on creating safe therapeutic spaces that encourage clients to share their experiences and work towards recovery. Your role is integral to supporting them in navigating their mental health journeys and helping them achieve their personal wellness objectives.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required. Candidates with Master's degrees or Doctorates are preferred.
• An active license to practice in the state of Pennsylvania as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is mandatory for this position.
• Proficient in applying solution-based psychotherapy techniques, demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering personalized care to each individual.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within a treatment team and with clients.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to address the unique challenges presented by clients.

• Previous experience in a mental health counseling role, particularly in a remote or telehealth setting.
