As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' emotional and therapeutic needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and your clinical expertise.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, and supportive psychotherapy.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique concerns and goals of each client, collaborating closely with them to ensure alignment.
• Engage in regular therapy sessions offering guidance, emotional support, and effective coping strategies to assist clients in processing their experiences.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Continuously pursue professional development opportunities and engage with current best practices in social work and hospice care.
• Work within an interprofessional team to provide holistic care strategies that address the complex needs of clients and their families.

This role focuses primarily on individuals and families in hospice care who are encountering life-limiting illnesses. You will be instrumental in helping clients work through grief, loss, and emotional distress, providing support that significantly impacts their mental and emotional health during this critical time. Your approach will be tailored to respect diverse backgrounds and values, honoring each patient's unique journey.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of post-degree clinical experience, preferably within hospice or end-of-life care settings.
• Strong proficiency in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and the implementation of therapeutic interventions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills accompanied by the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients and their families.

• Previous experience working in hospice settings or with terminally ill patients.
• Familiarity with grief counseling frameworks and loss support methodologies.
• Experience in developing community resources and support networks for families in crisis.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
