Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify unique concerns and crafting actionable treatment goals.
  • Provide individual, couple, and family therapy using a variety of evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness approaches, and narrative therapy.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in close collaboration with clients, adapting interventions as necessary to promote their healing journey.
  • Engage in regular progress evaluations with clients, adjusting treatment strategies in real-time to optimize outcomes.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality while adhering to ethical guidelines and legal requirements in all aspects of care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to remain informed of best practices and emerging trends in mental health.
  • Build and nurture trusting therapeutic alliances with clients, creating a safe space for open dialogue and vulnerability.
  • Assist clients in navigating life's challenges by providing support, practical strategies, and resource referrals as needed.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Unique Behavioral Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse group of clients experiencing a wide range of psychological issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and personal development challenges. Your expertise will be essential in tailoring interventions that resonate with each client's cultural background and personal circumstances.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
  • Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience, particularly in a private practice setting is preferred.
  • Exceptional skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and intervention execution.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively connecting with clients.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging between USD 80,000 and 104,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus as an incentive for qualified candidates.
