• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' backgrounds, presenting issues, and desired treatment outcomes.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based practices, in individual, couples, and family sessions.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and execute personalized treatment plans, ensuring that therapeutic approaches meet their unique needs.
• Document session notes and treatment progress diligently, upholding the confidentiality and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training to stay updated with best practices and innovative treatment methodologies.
• Foster a therapeutic alliance built on trust and collaboration, encouraging clients in their healing journey and personal growth.
• Support clients with practical coping strategies and tools to navigate life's complexities effectively.

Our client population comprises individuals, couples, and families seeking assistance with a variety of challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, relationship problems, and grief. Given the work setting within hospice care, you will also have the opportunity to work closely with clients facing end-of-life issues, providing them with emotional support and guidance during one of the most crucial times in their lives.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, particularly in a private practice or similar setting.
• Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of therapeutic interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and active listening.

While not mandatory, experience working with bereavement or hospice populations is highly valued, as it enhances your capacity to provide tailored support in sensitive situations. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms can also contribute to the effectiveness of your remote sessions.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
