While this position operates within a detox center framework, our therapists primarily conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and group activities via telehealth. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, identifying clients' psychological and emotional needs to create personalized treatment strategies.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, couples, and family therapy settings, utilizing methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, providing a safe space for clients to discuss common mental health challenges.
• Collaborate closely with other health professionals to ensure that patient care is holistic, coordinated, and complete.
• Offer crisis intervention and supportive services during critical mental health emergencies.
• Provide educational guidance and resources to clients regarding mental health conditions and available treatment options.
• Document client interactions accurately and maintain confidentiality in compliance with ethical standards.
• Engage in case consultations and team meetings to enhance clinical skills and care strategies.
• Stay updated on industry research and advancements to continuously improve therapeutic practices.

This role supports a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse issues. Your work will significantly contribute to the recovery process, helping clients identify challenges, develop coping strategies, and ultimately lead healthier lives.

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• A current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.
• Sound understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities, particularly evidence-based theories.
• Ability to perform thorough mental health assessments and craft pertinent treatment plans based on individual client needs.
• Experience in providing individual and group therapy across varied populations with sensitivity to their unique backgrounds.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to empathize and build rapport with clients.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in mental health therapy in clinical or outpatient settings is preferred.
• Experience working in collaborative environments with interdisciplinary teams is advantageous.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy modalities is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
