This position offers a unique remote working model, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own space while engaging with clients through our well-developed virtual platform. While our operations are primarily remote, you will also have the option to work in our outpatient office setting in Columbus when preferred, facilitating direct client interactions as needed.

• Evaluate clients' mental health through detailed assessments, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their emotional state and challenges.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's distinct needs and therapeutic goals, factoring in their background and preferences.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy sessions, family discussions, and group therapy settings, to address a range of mental health concerns.
• Monitor client progress regularly, utilizing appropriate tools to assess effectiveness and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, safeguarding clients' immediate safety and facilitating emergency support as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date and confidential client records in compliance with regulatory requirements, reinforcing the importance of ethical practices in mental health care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals, to promote a holistic approach to mental health treatment.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is required to ensure compliance with professional standards.
