Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while ensuring effective care delivery. As part of a community health clinic, you will engage regularly with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional well-being.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with all legal and ethical regulations.
• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic support for clients.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in mental health care through ongoing education and professional development.
• Adhere to and uphold ethical guidelines and standards established by relevant licensing boards and organizations.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of three years' experience as a Mental Health Counselor is required.
• Experience in a community health setting or similar environment is highly preferred.
• Prior involvement in diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
