• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, ensuring that personalized treatment plans are tailored to meet individual needs.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans that consider clients' unique challenges, goals, and progress throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to ensure effective interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, case managers, and social workers, to provide a comprehensive approach to mental health care.
• Educate and support clients' families, fostering understanding and encouraging active participation in the treatment process to promote recovery.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and supervision to stay informed about the latest research and therapeutic methodologies.

You will primarily work with a diverse population, including adolescents and adults facing anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our clinic values cultural competence and seeks therapists who can provide empathetic and culturally informed care to individuals from various backgrounds, recognizing that every client's experience is unique.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling, particularly in outpatient settings.
• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating diverse mental health disorders.
• Strong therapeutic skills, with the ability to establish rapport and motivate clients throughout their recovery process.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on outpatient therapy.
• Experience working with a variety of mental health populations and issues, particularly in culturally diverse environments.
• Proficiency in counseling methodologies and therapeutic techniques relevant to current best practices in mental health care.

• This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
