Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, ensuring that personalized treatment plans are tailored to meet individual needs.
  • Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans that consider clients' unique challenges, goals, and progress throughout their therapeutic journey.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to ensure effective interventions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, case managers, and social workers, to provide a comprehensive approach to mental health care.

Qualifications
