Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the symptoms, intensity, and frequency of mood disorders in clients.
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on individual client needs, preferences, and personal goals.
  • Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and beneficial self-care practices.
  • Monitor client progress regularly and make appropriate adjustments to treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications
  • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
