Typically, our therapists engage in virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and comfort for clients. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their mental health status, establishing baseline metrics for tracking progress throughout therapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to address diverse mental health issues.
• Implement both individual and group therapy sessions to provide clients with the support and tools necessary to overcome personal challenges.
• Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, facilitating referrals and coordinated care for clients as necessary.
• Adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality laws, ensuring client trust and maintaining professional boundaries at all times.

The role will primarily involve working with a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. The ideal candidate should be adept at working with various demographic groups and have a strong awareness of cultural competencies to ensure inclusive and empathetic treatment approaches.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• At least four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• A solid understanding of mental health disorders and an ability to apply various evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Demonstrable experience in delivering therapeutic modalities, including evidence-informed individual and group therapy.
• Strong crisis intervention skills with a cool, calm demeanor in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills that foster rapport with a diverse client base and the ability to connect authentically.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer applications, facilitating efficient documentation and communication.
• A commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and boundaries within the therapeutic relationship.

• Background in providing culturally relevant therapy and understanding of particular client demographic issues.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth best practices, including managing virtual client interactions effectively.
