Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their mental health status, establishing baseline metrics for tracking progress throughout therapy.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
  • At least four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
  • A solid understanding of mental health disorders and an ability to apply various evidence-based treatment approaches.
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering therapeutic modalities, including evidence-informed individual and group therapy.
  • Strong crisis intervention skills with a cool, calm demeanor in high-pressure situations.
