As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough client assessments and developing nuanced treatment planning, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, medication treatment plans, and behavioral guidelines.
• Ensuring timely and accurate documentation that meets all regulatory standards, utilizing appropriate evidence-based screening tools as necessary.

• Actively engaging in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold our organizational standards.
• Serving as a liaison with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance service delivery.

• Building and maintaining relationships with local organizations and agencies to promote programs and secure potential partnerships and funding.
• Pursuing continuous personal and professional development through attendance at conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings.
• Promoting agency mission, values, and guiding principles in all client interactions and team collaborations.
• Executing additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support team goals.

This role primarily focuses on a diverse patient population, including individuals facing emotional challenges, substance abuse issues, developmental disabilities, and those recovering from brain injuries.
