This position offers a unique remote work setting, allowing you to provide counseling primarily through video chat. In addition to the flexibility of remote services, you will have access to our outpatient office facilities as needed for client consultations and collaboration with team members. • Deliver personalized clinical services via virtual platforms, utilizing advanced telehealth tools to enhance patient engagement.
• Develop, implement, and continuously assess detailed, recovery-oriented treatment plans tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
• Assist in crafting and monitoring individualized service plans designed to empower clients towards achieving their personal goals.
• Guide clients in developing essential life skills, including coping mechanisms, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication strategies.
• Educate clients about community resources and advocate for their integration into these services, facilitating their connection to support networks.

Your focus will be on individuals aged 18 and over who are experiencing mental illness and may struggle with maintaining their independence and community integration. The clients you serve might face various challenges including anxiety, depression, or trauma-related conditions, necessitating a tailored approach to support their unique circumstances. Your role will significantly influence their journey towards recovery and self-sufficiency.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current and active state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Proven ability to practice independently without supervision and maintain professional conduct free from disciplinary actions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine empathy for clients’ experiences and challenges.
• Proficient in using telehealth technologies and comfortable working in a digital space.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection to facilitate remote sessions smoothly.

• Experience providing direct clinical services in a variety of settings, particularly outpatient care.
• Demonstrable skills in facilitating life skills training and community living skills development.
• Familiarity with family developmental issues and supportive practices in mental health care.
• Knowledge of symptom monitoring, behavior management strategies, and closure planning for clients.

• Competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually.
