• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the individual needs of clients through secure video sessions, creating an empathetic space for open dialogue.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on the assessment findings and clinical best practices, ensuring they address the unique circumstances of each client.
• Facilitate therapeutic interventions and counseling sessions that empower clients to manage their mental health conditions effectively.
• Advocate for clients by assisting them in setting realistic and achievable personal goals, and provide ongoing encouragement and support throughout their journey.
• Document client progress and treatment outcomes using our integrated electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and substance abuse counselors, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Our client population is diverse, encompassing various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses, which allows for enriching interactions and tailored interventions to meet specific needs. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in supporting them through therapeutic relationships and targeted interventions.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution that qualifies for clinical licensure.
• Must possess a valid Washington state LICSW license with a clean record and no disciplinary actions.
• Proven experience in clinical social work settings, specifically in conducting assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.

• Previous involvement with crisis intervention and stabilization processes is highly desirable.

Hope for Mental Health Services offers a competitive salary range of $52,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
