• Conduct thorough mental health diagnostic assessments to accurately evaluate clients’ needs.
• Develop, implement, and continuously refine individualized treatment plans, while keeping detailed documentation such as case notes and treatment plan reviews.
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and modify approaches to enhance client outcomes.
• Provide compassionate support, guidance, and therapeutic advice to clients, helping them navigate their mental health challenges and cultural identity issues.
• Engage in a collaborative approach with a team of dedicated professionals to advance our mission of addressing gaps in mental health services within our community.
• Utilize innovative and creative interventions that resonate with the unique needs of each client, facilitating their journey toward goal achievement and personal empowerment.
• Participate actively in supervision sessions to enhance cultural competence and keep up-to-date with best practices in the field, contributing to continuous improvement in client care.

At Align Rehabilitation & Wellness Center, our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals and families facing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and cultural identity concerns. As an LMFT, you will work closely with clients to develop personalized strategies that will promote healing and growth. You will be integral in helping these individuals work through their mental health hurdles, often employing a systemic approach that views problems in a broader relational context.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent credential.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in counseling, focusing on adult and family dynamics.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to foster trust and rapport with clients and staff.
• Ability to set and maintain professional boundaries, demonstrating stable behavior that clients can model.

• Experience in a remote work environment, particularly in providing telehealth services.
• Familiarity with digital documentation tools and teletherapy platforms.
• Previous involvement in community outreach or service development to address mental health gaps is favorable.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package which includes health and dental insurance, vision coverage, retirement plans, and professional development assistance.
