In your role as an LCSW, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments and using your skills to develop individualized treatment plans that are informed by evidence-based practices and tailored to the unique needs of each student.
• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to help students navigate mental health challenges effectively.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and adhering to HIPAA regulations, thereby ensuring confidentiality and compliance throughout your work.
• Collaborating with a dedicated team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to cultivate a comprehensive view of each student's mental wellness and support their treatment goals.

You will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. As such, you will leverage your ability to connect with diverse populations from various backgrounds, ensuring that you meet each student's unique emotional and psychological needs.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution showcasing a solid foundation in clinical methods.
• Possession of a valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Massachusetts, indicating your professional qualifications.
