Become a Key Player as an HR Coordinator

You will support core HR operations and union administration to keep HR processes running smoothly and compliant. You will partner with HR leadership, hiring managers, vendors, and candidates to enable timely hiring, onboarding, and day-to-day office operations. This is a hybrid role supporting a 3–6 month contract engagement.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Support end-to-end new hire processes including background checks, orientation, and exit interviews
  • Maintain accurate employee personnel files and update HRIS records
  • Ensure hiring practices and HR procedures comply with local, state, and federal laws
  • Manage calendars and prepare meeting materials for HR leadership
  • Oversee daily office operations, liaise with vendors, and manage office supplies
  • Draft memos, update internal files, and manage internal correspondence
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews and candidate assessments
  • Guide candidates through the offer process and hand off to onboarding

  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Recruiting
