Job description

Graham Technologies is seeking a UAT Test Lead to create and manage the overarching User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy for an enterprise modernization effort. This senior role will lead structured business validation activities, coordinate UAT execution across stakeholders, and provide hands-on testing support as needed.
Location: WFH with the ability to travel to the DC area for occasional meetings
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the overarching UAT strategy, UAT plans, test scenarios, test scripts, test schedules, and defect tracking processes
  • Coordinate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, UCD/UX staff, developers, and end users to validate business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Lead and facilitate UAT execution, including tester coordination, issue triage, defect documentation, retesting, and release-readiness support
  • Provide hands-on UAT support, including test case development, test execution, results documentation, and defect follow-up
  • Validate usability, business workflows, and end-to-end operational scenarios from the perspective of users and business stakeholders
  • Align testing activities to Agile and iterative delivery cycles, including sprint and PI cadence and evolving product backlogs
  • Support requirements traceability, test management, and stakeholder-facing test reporting

Required Skills:
Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience supporting user acceptance testing, business validation, test planning, or quality assurance for enterprise applications, system modernization, or large-scale digital transformation initiatives
  • 5+ years of Federal experience

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field

Clearance:
  • Ability to meet minimum Public Trust, Tier 2 requirements

Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing UAT strategies and plans
  • Experience leading or facilitating UAT execution and defect management
  • Ability to provide hands-on UAT testing support

Desired Skills:
  • Familiarity with requirements traceability, test management tools, and stakeholder-facing test reporting
  • Experience working in Agile / iterative delivery environments
