About the Role

  • Test Planning & Execution
  • Review user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for clarity and completeness.
  • Develop and execute UAT test cases, scripts, and data sets.

  • Provide clear defect reports with reproducible steps and impact analysis.
  • Communicate UAT progress, risks, and readiness clearly to stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Recommend enhancements to testing processes and environments.
  • Collaborate with QA and development to strengthen validation coverage.
  • Participate in retrospectives to improve test design and feedback loops.

What You Bring:

  • 2-5 years of UAT, software QA, or business systems testing experience.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar test-tracking tools.
  • Ability to create detailed, reproducible test documentation.
  • Experience validating financial, data-driven, or workflow-heavy applications preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working directly with both business stakeholders and developers.

What We Value

  • Problem solvers who propose solutions, not just identify issues.
  • Self-awareness to spot gaps in your own work and communicate them.
  • Professionals who meet realistic deadlines without hand-holding.

What We Offer:

  • 100% Employer Paid Medical for Employee AND Whole Family (includes the Mayo Clinic)
  • 401k/Roth Plan 4% Match with Immediate Vesting
