Job Summary
  • We are looking for an experienced UAT/SIT Manager with strong Business Analysis experience to lead end-to-end testing activities across System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders, product teams, developers, and QA teams, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and are production-ready.
    Key Responsibilities
    UAT & SIT Management
  • Own and manage the end-to-end SIT and UAT strategy, planning, execution, and sign-off.
  • Develop test plans, test schedules, test scenarios, test cases, and execution approaches.

Business Analysis
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document business needs. Gather, analyze, and validate functional and non-functional requirements. Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and requirements traceability matrices (RTMs). Translate business requirements into actionable test scenarios and acceptance criteria. Conduct requirement walkthroughs and identify gaps, ambiguities, and potential impacts. Support impact analysis for system changes and enhancements. Partner with Product Owners, SMEs, developers, architects, and business teams throughout the SDLC. Ensure requirements are traceable through development, testing, and deployment.
  • Coordinate with QA, development, business, product, and technical teams to ensure testing milestones are achieved.
  • Manage test environments, test data, dependencies, and readiness activities.
  • Track defects, prioritize issues, coordinate resolution, and manage retesting.
  • Monitor testing progress and provide regular status reports, dashboards, and risk updates.
  • Identify testing risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate UAT business users and ensure adequate coverage and participation.
  • Drive defect triage meetings and facilitate resolution across teams.
  • Obtain formal UAT approval and business sign-off before production deployment.
