Do you thrive when you’re out in the field meeting new people? Waterloo Turf is a premium brand, and we’re looking for a Turf Pro to help us dominate the Atlanta market.

We don’t just sell artificial grass; we sell a lifestyle. From backyard putting greens to luxury landscapes, you’ll be the face of our brand across Metro Atlanta. While we expect you to be a "hunter" who can build your own book of business, Waterloo Turf invests heavily in digital advertising to generate high-quality leads for you. We put the fuel in the tank; you just have to drive it home. We are currently over booked and have increased revenue each month allowing us to bring on another Turf Pro.

• In home / Outside sales: This is a sales role where you will need to utilize sales techniques, educate, and set yourself apart from the competition. If you do not have a strong sales or construction background, with a great personality you will struggle here.

• A Closer: You are motivated by uncapped earning potential and the freedom of a commission structure.

• Industry Savvy: Previous experience selling artificial turf is a huge plus, but we value personality and work ethic above all.
