Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $500 weekly draw + uncapped commission (paid weekly)

Bradford Lawn & Pest is hiring motivated, outgoing, and results-driven W2 Outside Sales Representatives to sell turf treatment and pest control services in assigned residential neighborhoods.

This position offers a $500 weekly draw with uncapped commission based on weekly sales production. Earnings are paid weekly, and top performers have strong long-term income potential. Additional bonuses and production tiers apply.

Responsibilities

  • Canvass assigned neighborhoods and engage homeowners professionally
  • Present turf treatment and pest control programs, pricing, and promotions
  • Generate leads and close new service agreements
  • Meet or exceed weekly sales goals
  • Accurately log sales activity and customer details in the provided app
  • Represent Bradford Lawn & Pest in a professional manner
  • Communicate regularly with sales management regarding performance and territory updates

Qualifications

  • Door-to-door or direct sales experience preferred (not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Ability to handle rejection professionally
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to pass all required state qualifications for turf and pest services within two (2) weeks of hire (exams paid for by company)
