Pest Hunters of Clarksville–Nashville–Franklin is hiring a dependable, customer-focused Pest Control Sales & Service Technician.
This is a full-time, year-round position with a growing, locally owned company. We want someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and wants to build a career with opportunities for advancement and leadership.
Prior pest-control experience and Tennessee Category 7 Commercial Applicator Certification are preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate and provide the classes and study materials needed to earn certification. Candidates without certification must be prepared to study for and pass the exam shortly after onboarding, with a goal of becoming certified within their first two weeks.
What You’ll Do
  • Provide residential and commercial pest-control services
  • Inspect properties and identify pest activity and contributing conditions
  • Apply pest-control products safely and according to company procedures
  • Explain services and recommendations clearly to customers
  • Accurately document completed work
  • Maintain assigned equipment, materials, and company vehicle
  • Recognize opportunities to help customers through appropriate additional services
  • Occasionally distribute door hangers near existing service stops
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience
Sales Expectations
Sales is not the primary responsibility of this position. There is no cold calling or door-to-door selling.
Technicians should understand our services, recognize customer needs, and recommend helpful add-on services when appropriate. Qualifying sales earn additional commission.

  • Dependable, organized, coachable, and able to work independently

  • Willing to follow safety procedures and detailed service instructions
  • Current C07 certification or willingness to earn it shortly after employment
Experience in pest control, lawn care, landscaping, route-based service, home services, customer service, or field sales is helpful but not required.
