As a pest control technician, you will use your expertise and training to provide real - time solutions to our customers. You will manage a route and be in the field providing great 5-Star service to all of our customers!

Job Description


  • Manage established service route and new customers

  • Troubleshoot pest problems

  • Exercise daily time management

  • Inspections of customers homes/businesses

  • Treatments of customers homes/businesses

  • Educate new and existing customers on services

  • Help Reach company service and sales goals

  • Continually refining skills and knowledge


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Have excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Be self-motivated

  • Have motivation to help the company grow and succeed

  • Be willing to go above and beyond

  • Must care about customers

  • Must have a great DMV record and valid drivers license

  • Must be willing to routinely lift, push, and pull equipment, ascend and descend from ladders, and occasionally work at height

  • Have an Applicator or Branch II Field Representative with CA State Pest Control Board

  • Be able to time manage and at time multi task
