FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Moxie Pest Control is hiring full time ENTRY LEVEL & Experienced Pest Control Technicians. We are looking to add to
our team - motivated men and women, who are ready to begin a new career in the thriving Pest Control Industry!
We have an exceptional hardworking team, committed to providing outstanding customer service. We are looking for
reliable individuals who hold themselves to a high standard of work ethic, show up on time, and are ready to get the job
done.

JOB DUTIES and DESCRIPTION:
โ— Greet and speak with customers at their door to review services to be rendered to the home.
โ— Inspect and treat for ants, spiders, and other invading pests.
โ— Set appropriate expectations with customers after service is completed.
โ— Maintain clean and orderly assigned company vehicle and equipment.
โ— Report to the office 1-2 times per week for inspections and product ordering.
โ— Collaborate with the team on monthly goals and assist with positive culture building.

REQUIREMENTS:
โ— Clean driving record.
โ— Uncertified and certified applicants are welcome to apply. Certified applicants that move forward to employment
can receive a sign on bonus and end of summer bonus!
โ— Must be on time and ready to complete your assigned route.
โ— Must pass applicable state certification exams to be considered for full time, continued employment. (Moxie Pest
Control pays for all state certification and licensing exams, and training is paid at your regular rate!)
โ— Complete 90 days of continuous employment to be eligible for company benefits.
โ— Multiple shifts are available to better your quality of life. Monday-Wednesday or Thursday-Saturday - paid for 40
hours!
