Job description

Our client is a prestigious FinTech firm in Manhattan, seeking a Travel & Expense Manager with global travel management experience at a large corporate company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the vision, planning, and hands-on execution of all travel-related programs and initiatives, managing partnerships with transportation, hospitality, and service providers. Review, select, and negotiate with key vendors to achieve exceptional value and performance.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for global travel matters, coordinating efficiently with internal partners and worldwide locations to address challenges and drive ongoing enhancements in the travel experience.
  • Supervise company credit card administration, uphold policy adherence, and champion continual improvement of travel procedures, including the introduction of new standards and guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of experience leading international travel management within large or complex corporate organizations.
  • Strong understanding of domestic and international travel policies, platforms, ideally Concur.
  • Advanced capabilities in managing supplier relationships, negotiating agreements, and overseeing travel and expense workflows.
  • Highly developed skills in organization, analytics, and communication, with a track record of building productive connections with stakeholders inside and outside the company.

The annual base salary range is $150,000 to $200,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
