Overview

JOB TITLE: Travel Specialist, Corporate & Incentive Travel

Description:

The Specialist, Corporate & Incentive Travel supports the Travel Coordinators, Program Managers, and Director by assisting with administrative, coordination, and project-based tasks. This role handles back-end tasks related to travel requests, itinerary changes, and traveler communications while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established processes and tools. The Travel Specialist works under defined guidelines as directed by a senior member on the travel team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Book and manage domestic and international travel accurately and in compliance with policy

  • Create and update itineraries, and communicate travel details to travelers

  • Confirm cost centers, coding, and approvals before booking

  • Coordinate with Corporate and Group Travel teams to support travel logistics

  • Support travelers during disruptions and help resolve travel issues

  • Maintain accurate traveler profiles, booking records, and documentation

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation

  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Basic project coordination experience within a team

  • Comfortable working in Microsoft Office tools

  • Clear, professional communicator with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

Education and Certificates:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of related experience

Pay Range: $22- $28 /hour based on experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Physical Work Requirements - Light: exerting up to 15 lbs of force occasionally. 

  • Repetitive motion associated with operating various types of equipment. 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
