Remote Customer Service Representative - Travel

About the Role

Leisure Life Travel is seeking reliable and customer-focused individuals for a remote customer service role supporting travel planning services. In this position, you will assist clients with booking and managing vacations, cruises, and travel experiences while delivering a high level of service.

This is a remote position with flexible scheduling options. Training and ongoing support are provided.


Responsibilities

Assist clients with planning and booking travel, including cruises, resorts, and vacation packages. Provide accurate information on destinations, pricing, and travel options based on client needs. Manage reservations and maintain clear communication with clients before and after travel. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner. Maintain organized records of client interactions and bookings.


Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills are required. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple tasks, and using online systems. Basic computer skills and reliable internet access are necessary. An interest in travel and hospitality is preferred.


Preferred Experience

Compensation
