A travel manager is in charge of business travel arrangements for their company. Also known as a corporate travel manager, they are responsible for the company travel program and policies regarding flights, hotel stays, car rentals, reimbursements, and corporate retreats. To be the unequaled provider of special operations forces (SOF) and Intelligence Community focused technical, service, and training-based solutions. Overview
The travel manager will assist in the management, coordination, processing and routing Defense Travel System and Government Travel Credit Card program requirements for command personnel. *This position is contingent upon contract award. Security Requirement:
Top Secret/SCI Clearance is required. Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide extensive and specialized customer service to command personnel in support of both programs.
Coordinate with the designated military representative(s) for each program.
Assist in maintaining an up-to-date records and training of all cardholders and account status.
Assist in identifying irregular data to generate reports to the Agency Program
Coordinate aging analysis, delinquency, and misuse reports.
Provide services as a Reviewing Official or Non-DTS Entry Agent as defined by command requirements. Requirements:
Possess a valid state driver’s license.
Must be able to operate a Personal Computer (PC) with common/standard business software programs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint (minimum 3 years’ experience in Microsoft Office programs).
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.
Must be able to enter data into multiple databases accurately.
Minimum of two years’ experience with Defense Travel System and the Government Travel Credit Card programs.
Must complete and maintain training certifications/qualifications required for DTS and GTCC program responsibilities.
