Employers look for candidates with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, financial management, or a similar field. Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is also helpful. Certification as a Global Travel Professional is available from the Global Business Travel Association. You will need excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple travel arrangements.
