Travel Manager

West Hollywood, Los Angeles

On Target First-Year Earnings: $150,000 ($100k base + $50k uncapped bonus, generated from commission on member spend and multiplier from personal contribution to Aurora's growth)

Meaningful early equity

In office with flexible remote days

About Aurora

Aurora is the AI-Native Lifestyle Operating System for human flourishing in a world of AI slop, inefficiency, and noise.

We believe that time is the only currency that matters. So, we're on a mission to help you make the most of every minute of your life. Stronger connections with your family and friends. Experiences and adventures that transform who you are. Building the perfect physical and mental temple of health.

Consumer technology was supposed to give us leverage. To make it easier to find the right restaurant, the right trip, the right doctor.

Instead, every major platform today is optimized against the person using it: more scrolling, more ads, more engagement loops. You have infinite choice and zero clarity.

We exist to reverse that.

Aurora takes millions of data points about you and about the world and finds the one thing that is right for you, at the right time.

Our members - needle-moving tier-1 founders, executives, and athletes - use Aurora to navigate travel, health, dining, experiences, and premium goods with the kind of judgment that used to require a team of people who'd known you for years.

Over half use it every single day, 95% every week, and in our first 6 months, member spend & engagement is outperforming industry benchmarks by 5.

Aurora is backed and chaired by Alex Macdonald, the most successful founder in this category, and has raised $9M from experienced operators and tier-1 investors.

We are now expanding the Member Experience Team as we scale the product and the member base.

Aurora is built in person from our offices in London, New York, and Los Angeles, with flexible remote days.

The Aurora Travel Manager

Fed up with outdated systems (email, SMS, WhatsApp, Salesforce) and slow-moving bureaucracy?

Looking to scale your knowledge, network, and ambition while helping build a global product?

Want hands-on exposure to next-generation product and AI - and meaningful equity ownership in a multi-billion-dollar opportunity?

Excited to work alongside a team of ultra-high-performance, founder-type operators?

Our core team of 20 is seeking a full-time Travel Manager to join Aurora's Member Experience Team.

In this role, you'll work directly with our founding travel team and our proprietary AI operating system, Astra, to shape and elevate Aurora's global member experience - with a primary focus on delivering exceptional, high-touch travel for our members.

What you'll do

Deliver high-touch travel execution for a global, ultra-high-performance membership base

Own functions across travel, lifestyle, product, and operations - building rare, compounding career capital based around travel

Develop and manage partnerships with top-tier industry operators and insider contacts

Participate in a minimum of two high-budget FAM trips, deepening on-the-ground knowledge and expanding Aurora's global network

This role reports directly to Aurora's Co-Founder & COO and has clear potential to grow rapidly into a leadership position spanning Travel, Member Experience, Business Operations, and Growth.

Our team operates on structured, shared shifts across London, New York, and Los Angeles, enabling true 24/7 service for a global clientele.

If you're looking for ownership, velocity, and the chance to help define the future of premium travel and lifestyle management, this role is designed for you.

Our Principles

We're a team of tier-1 backed and exited operators united our five core principles:

  1. We seek truth
  2. We are high-leverage
  3. We are courageous
  4. We are owners
  5. We believe impossible is an attitude

Why Aurora:

High Leverage

Service the world's most ambitious individuals and organizations - empowering them to compound their time, relationships, and global impact.

Cutting-Edge AI

Take advantage of technology. Work hands-on with a next-generation AI system redefining travel & lifestyle management at the highest level, spanning context, recommendation, orchestration, and execution, allowing you to spend more time curating and less time copy and pasting.

Generationally Defining

Play a foundational role in building the future of travel & lifestyle management - a $100bn opportunity at the intersection of technology, travel, and longevity.

About the Founders

Aurora was founded in 2024 by:

  • Jonah Lowenstein, previously backed by leading investors and operators behind Facebook, Spotify, and Venmo
  • Aurelius Zwick, founded his first business at 16 years old and won the UK's largest young entrepreneurship competition at 17 years old
  • Dmitry Ogurtsov, 15 years experience building foudnational architecture - previously former Director of Engineering at Workbounce, a conversational AI company acquired by ZoomInfo

Aurora's first investor and chairman is Alex Macdonald, founder of premium digital concierge Velocity Black, acquired by Capital One for $300M.

To date we've raised $9M from Tier-1 investors and operators, including the founder of Cleo, Quadpay, early investors in Supercell and Deliveroo, the President of VistaJet, and tier-1 athletes from the Premier League and NBA, including Kevin Love and Kyle Kuzma.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside our AI operating system, Astra, to curate and flawlessly execute exceptional travel experiences for Aurora's global membership base
  • Build and manage relationships with top-tier travel partners, including boutique hotels, ultra-luxury resorts, private charter providers, premium DMCs, niche insider operators, elite destination specialists, and private accommodation suppliers
  • Contribute to building Aurora's operational infrastructure: owning travel & lifestyle functions end-to-end, spanning systems building, operational execution, and core commercial workflows
  • Attend high-touch FAM trips, expanding your on-the-ground knowledge and strengthening Aurora's global hospitality and insider network
  • Contribute to member servicing across Aurora's core verticals, deepening your expertise in longevity & wellness, experiences & entertainment, luxury goods & gifts, and dining
  • Procure and operationalize unique insights into global travel trends, destinations, and high-end hospitality, ensuring Aurora consistently stays ahead of market knowledge and member expectations
  • Provide front-line intelligence and feedback to product and engineering, helping shape and evolve Aurora's proprietary AI systems and overall product quality
Who You Are:
  • 2+ years' experience servicing high-performance individuals in luxury or bespoke travel
  • Deeply passionate about curating exceptional travel, from bespoke adventure itineraries to ultra-private, premium escapes
  • Frustrated by outdated tools and slow bureaucracy - you want to build and operate with modern systems and high velocity
  • Motivated to scale your knowledge, network, and impact, contributing to a global business you genuinely own a piece of, alongside other ultra-high-performance entrepreneurs
  • Courageous by nature, with a firm belief that "impossible" is an attitude - and that rapid progression and outsized rewards follow exceptional work
  • An owner at heart: you proactively drive projects end-to-end and don't stop until the objective is fully achieved
  • Eager to expand your mastery of the premium lifestyle ecosystem, spanning dining, experiences, wellness, and luxury goods
  • Prepared for a high-intensity role, with the stamina and standards required to serve the world's highest performers at an exceptional level

Benefits

  1. Allocated FAM days with a sizable budget, and access to industry events
  2. Competitive salary with uncapped performance-based bonus
  3. Outsized customer referral incentives
  4. Founding stock options package
  5. Flexible remote days
  6. Organized site visits to top hotels for continual property knowledge development
  7. Lifestyle access perks and access to exclusive events & Aurora services
  8. Whoop or Oura Ring on us
  9. $2,000 annual education budget
  10. Longevity subscription
  11. Whatever tech you need to do your best work
  12. Generous parental leave
  13. Comprehensive health benefits, with 90% coverage, including dental and vision
